All goods supplied will be sold with the manufacturers guarantee /warranty for a minimum of 12 months, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that registration of said warranty has been completed and sent direct to the manufacturer as part of their requirements. It is at our discretion in the event of a claim under a warranty to either, replace, repair, supply parts or arrange an engineer visit to fulfil the claim.

We are not an ecommerce business and we don’t provide any way to buy directly from this website. We sell only to locations within our Authorised Dealer area for the brands we sell, usually around 30 miles from our showroom in Cambridgeshire.

Due to this, we ask that you either contact us to check we cover your location… or, if you’re sure we do cover your location, please visit our showroom to discuss your home and ideas.
We can offer advice and guidance to ensure you get the best product for your space and make the most suitable purchases.

If we are ‘supplying only’ – selling and delivering your new fire, fireplace or stove – then we will not require visiting you for a home survey. We will discuss your ideas and your property and ensure you are making a suitable purchase. We’ll then deliver at a convenient time and leave you to arrange a local fitter.

If we are ‘supplying and fitting’ – selling, delivering and fitting – then we will need to carry out a home survey. Before we do this, we ask that you visit our showroom to discuss your ideas and view the types of products you are interested in.
